Woody

Desperately Seeking a Lap!

Woody’s story is a familiar one. As a unneutered tomcat, he spent his early life wandering the streets, surviving on scraps, the kindness of strangers, or whatever he could find in bins. He was too wary of people to let anyone get close, so he had to be safely trapped before he could begin a new chapter.

Since then, Woody has discovered something wonderful—laps! He absolutely loves curling up on a lap (or even a chest—he’s not picky), especially when it comes with plenty of gentle strokes. He will make a truly lovely companion.

Woody is still a little nervous, so he would do best in a quiet home without children or lots of people. A calm environment will help him continue to build confidence and enjoy the comforts of home life at his own pace.

Once he’s settled, Woody will need access to a safe outdoor space, well away from busy roads and railways.

Woody is around 4 years old and would need to be the only pet in the home. He has been neutered, microchipped, and treated for fleas and worms, and he comes with 5 weeks of free insurance.
