Adoption or long term foster home sought for our sweet older lady, Josey. 

Josey is 12+ years and looking for a special home. She was abandoned by her owner and being a nervous cat, the stress of ending up in foster care caused her to develop inflammatory bowel disease. She will be very nervous at the start but is very sweet natured and likes company and to share your bed. 

Although she is cat friendly, she needs a bland diet with no treats (hence if there is another cat, it can’t be a grazer – Josey will polish off anything left!). It would be easier to manage if she was the only pet in the home.

Josey would like a calm quiet home without children or too many people. Although Josey is very nervous, she does love being outside. Therefore, a home with a catio or garden with high secure fences would be ideal. 

She is neutered, chipped and up-to-date with flea and wormer and currently in Harold Hill Romford if you would like to meet her.  A home check will be required however due to her complex nature we will not be asking for an adoption fee for Josey, just a loving, understanding home.
