Meet Barry (White)

Barry has recently returned to our care through no fault of his own, after becoming incredibly unhappy and stressed in his previous home.

This big, beautiful boy is an absolute sweetheart and a certified cuddle monster! Weighing in at 6.9kg, Barry is a big boy with an even bigger heart. He loves nothing more than a good cuddle, plenty of affection and being around his favourite humans.

Barry is around 5-6 yrs old .

Barry is a real foodie and is always happy to enjoy his meals and treats. When he’s not enjoying something tasty, you’ll often find him having a lovely snooze on a sunny window ledge.

Barry has calicivirus and therefore requires an indoor-only home. Calicivirus is not contagious to humans, but it can spread between cats. It can cause sores and ulcers in the mouth, and Barry has had most of his teeth removed to help manage his condition. From time to time, he may require anti-inflammatory medication if he experiences a flare-up.

Stress can be a trigger for flare-ups, so it’s especially important that Barry has a calm, quiet and settled home where he can relax and feel safe.

Barry is neutered and microchipped and up to date with flea and worming .
